On January 9, 2025, a federal district court in Kentucky ruled that the U.S. Department of Education’s 2024 Title IX regulations are invalid for several reasons, and vacated them on a nationwide basis. As a result, TTIC is reinstating our previous policies to comply with the 2020 Title IX regulations. TTIC is committed to ensuring compliance with all applicable federal laws and will continue to monitor the situation closely for any updates or further guidance.
